Photography Bill Holden.

Photography is our principle method by
which we represent the phenomenal world.
It is the second most important commercial
visual technology, the first being the printing
press developed by Gutenberg and later
Caxton in Europe during the fifteenth century.

It has the immediate and emotional impact
that the engraving never had, and although
we can admire and respond to that great
graphic technique, photography dominates
the 21st century. Especially the portrait.

Bill Holden and John Goodinson have
worked together with Phil Thomas in
the studio and on location.

Their combined experience brings a
confidence in approaching any subject
wether that subject happens to be a cover
shoot, editorial spread or product pack shot.

Our photography is selected and colour
graded from RGB colour space to CMYK
press space to harmonise with graphics
and typography on the printed page.
